1. What is the minimum rental period?

A: 1 day (24 Hours)

2. Pick up and return location

A: Our physical store at 83 Joo Chiat Place during operation hours.

3. Is there a deposit required ? 

A: Upon inspection of the luggage, there is a $150 deposit required for each luggage in the event of damage/loss during the rental period. Please prepare the deposit in CASH when you come by to collect the luggage.

4. What happens if i lost the key ?

A: We have a spare key that we keep at all times in the store to help you unlock the bike in the event this happens. A $50 fee will be levied for every lost key.
